These reports are available for commercial and residential property sales and report on any wood-destroying insect. We use a specific and comprehensive report provided by the NPMA National Pest Management Association. Our service begins with a thorough inspection of your house. We look for signs of termite activity and damage, as well as conducive conditions that will attract termites to your home. Once we know if termites are already active in your home, we’ll go over your treatment options with you and recommend a treatment plan that will be most effective for your house. Our services are designed with two goals in mind: Eliminate active termite colonies and prevent new colonies from moving in.
Our first available treatment method is the Trelona baiting system. This system is placed in the soil around the exterior perimeter of your house. When termites find the bait stations, they take the bait back to their colony, eliminating every termite over time. This system works 24/7 to provide round-the-clock protection for your home.
Our second available treatment is for homes with active termites in them. We offer dust treatments as well as wall injections in areas with active termites to eliminate the infestation in your home.
Finally, we offer Termidor® liquid treatments. This treatment involves digging a small trench in the soil around the perimeter of your house, filling it with the product, then filling the trench back in. We can also drill holes into your foundation, fill them with the product, then fill them back in as well. When termites cross over the Termidor® treatment, they are unaware that they’ve picked up the active ingredient on their bodies, and they transfer it to other members of the colony. It eventually works its way through the colony to every termite.
